Founder
Swati Mohapatra is an M.B.A and having done her masters in psychology from Vanivihar ,Utkal university had a penchant to do something new and in the process helping the marginalized sector of the society.she also has a tremendous interest in protecting the environment.This spirit has led her to establish SWATI BIOTECH in 2013 to lessen the damaging impact of chemical fertilizers and pesticides on soil by popularising the eco-friendly Bio technology based products to be used in farming instead of chemical fertilizers.. Mrs. Mohapatra was awarded as the emerging young woman entrepreneur for her exemplary works done in the field of Biotechnology in 2017.
After serving in different companies in different managerial capacities she made the best use of her work experience in developing a very cordial but successful Labour-management relationship in her own company .She now caters to the need of all the thirty districts of Odisha.
